TRUK bounced back from last weeks frustrating loss with a record breaking victory against Deptford Ravens.
TRUK amassed and amazing 73 shots as they peppered the Ravens goal and if it wasn’t for the player of the match performance from the Ravens goalkeeper the scoreline would have been a lot higher! The first half saw TRUK race into a 10-0 lead with Lucy Copsey hitting the back of the net 8 times with the pick of the bunch a strike into the top corner which will certainly be a goal of the season contender. Heather and Maysa got the other goals as TRUK went into the break with a healthy lead.
The 2nd half saw TRUK score another 9 goals with Maysa and Heather both getting a brace and Lucy Copsey adding another 4 goals to her ever impressive total. Lucy Clark finally got of the mark for the season as TRUK took the 3 points with a 19-0 victory. Abi was unlucky to not get her first goal having one disallowed for entering the box and Orlagh tried her very best to get on the scoresheet and despite going close on many occasions will have to wait another week.
