OUR 5 A SIDE RECORD

Below you can find a recap of all our 5 a side leagues that we have entered.

THE GOALPOSTS LEAGUE SEASON 4

We retained our Goalposts league title for the 3rd season on the trot and again won the league with a perfect record which considering some of the opposition was an amazing achievement. Yet again we were made to work hard for our title with some excellent matches in what was a competitive league.

THE GOALPOSTS LEAGUE SEASON 3

We became the first team to retain the title in any of the goalposts leagues and we did it in style winning the league by a massive 14 points and Lucy Copsey retained her golden boot. Whilst the margin of victory make look impressive we were pushed all the way and literally won some of our games in the last minute!

THE GOALPOSTS LEAGUE SEASON 2

Our 2nd season in 5 a side saw us move across to the Goalposts league where we won the league after an epic battle against some excellent sides. Lucy Copsey also picked up the golden boot.

POWERLEAGUE CHRISTMAS CUP 2022

We won the Power League Christmas Cup on GD as we had an identical record with Ballers FC when it came to matches as we had both Won 6 and drew 1 of our 7 matches. Our match against each other saw us draw 4-4 in an epic match as we went 2-0 ahead only to find ourselves 4-2 down before coming back to earn a point and win the tournament.

CLUBS UNITED LEAGUE

We kicked off our 5 a side adventure after joining the Clubs united league and finished runners up in slightly controversial circumstances as our only defeat came to Stonewall who had numerous players who had not been seen before or again after they played us. A dubious referees decision in the last minute saw us lose the game 5-4. However for a first season we have to be happy with our performances which saw us only conceed 11 goals in 7 games with 5 of them coming against Stonewall and we scored a massive 65 goals.
