TRUK move top after am emphatic win..

We moved top of the Goalposts League with a convincing 9-2 victory over Coats and Goalposts in week 2 of the league. Oskia making her debut in this league opened the scoring in the first minute and within seconds Lucy Clark made it 2 slotting through the keepers legs. After several appeals in this league we finally got a penalty which Clark tucked away to make it 3 nil and pretty much secure the points with only 5 minutes on the clock. Lucy Clark ended up with a hat trick as did Oskia Summers, Lucy Copsey bagged 2 and Orlagh scored from distance after some great banter. The final result was 9-2 to TRUK although it has to be said that we found it very strange that a player who had played in an earlier game in the league then appeared for C&G against us. We have spoken to the league as we believe this makes the league a but of a joke if they allow this to happen….
